It isn’t sneaky like sugar. It’s quite obvious. After all, frying food takes food that may or may not be healthy, and cooks unhealthy fats directly into it. Frying a food adds a huge amount of calories and a huge amount of fat and these substances have no positive nutritional value other than added calories. Additionally, studies link fried foods to all kinds of diseases.
In short, there isn’t much to say on this one. This horseman doesn’t hide in the bushes and sneak up on you. This one is obvious! Frying food increases your waistline and your chances of heart disease and other diseases. It’s best to stay away.
