Life Is a Bucket of Happiness

Everyone Has a Bucket
We all have a bucket. Everyone gets one.

The Bucket Is for Happiness
That bucket can only hold so much. And it can hold either happiness or emptiness.

People Fill the Bucket
The people in our lives can fill the bucket. Or they can take things out of the bucket.

What We Do to Other’s Buckets We Do to Our Own
If we do things to remove happiness from other people’s buckets, regardless of how we may feel in the short term, we eventually remove the same from our bucket. If we pour happiness into other people’s buckets, we also pour happiness into our own.

The Bucket Can Time Travel
You can choose to borrow happiness from tomorrow by making poor choices today like spending unwisely or procrastinating. Conversely, you can fill your bucket tomorrow, by doing some hard work today that isn’t very fun, but will be rewarding.

Make the Most of Your Bucket
Life is short. Make the most of your bucket. Fill other’s buckets. Find people who fill yours. Make wise choices so that you will have a full bucket tomorrow.

It’s your bucket. Keep it full.
