Something Positive

something positive

There is a whole lot of negative news out there. In fact, dealing with injustice often means hearing things we don’t want to hear. So here’s something positive. Enjoy.

You Are Amazing

You are a work of art. Think about that. Think about the mechanics of how your body works for energy, locomotion, problem solving, adaptation. For as long as we’ve been around, we’ve tried to replicate that and still haven’t.

Sure we have created some amazing contraptions that do some pretty cool stuff, but yet none of them come close to being as complex as we are. The fact that we’ve created someone as incredible as we are only highlights the truth: we’re pretty amazing. That’s not only something positive – that’s something incredible.

You Are Full of Potential

There are all kinds of things you can do. There are all kinds of things to learn. By the end of this year you could become an artist, a developer, a chef, a carpenter, and many more things just by taking a few minutes a day to learn.

Many people, myself included, have gone from being in horrible shape to fit or from poor to rich or from uneducated to prize winning and accomplished. Your potential is incredible, and that’s definitely something positive.

You Are Equipped

So often we want to do great things but we don’t feel we have the time or resources or tools. This can often be the case, but I have great news for you. There are all kinds of tools at your disposal.

You can go to a Library and use a computer. You can find tons of information on YouTube. You can also find great courses on Udemy often for as low as $9.99. You can watch courses on Creative Live for free or find inexpensive courses. There are subscription options on Masterclass and Creative Live that end up being less than a dollar a day for unlimited content.

Is there anything you want to do, anything you want to create, or anything you want to become? Here’s something positive: you can do it, create it, and become it.

You are amazing, full of potential, and equipped. Now make it happen.
