The 4 Horsemen of the Foodocalypse

If you want to have a successful and happy life, you will want to be healthy. Eating well and being active are key to any healthy lifestyle and give you your best shot at having a long and happy life. There seem to be two things in this regard that many don’t realize:

It’s not as hard to do as some people think.
The types of foods that impact our health in a negative way are more common than they seem.

The first step to eating well is not eating poorly. As simple as that sounds, most people don’t know when they’re eating poorly, but it’s not that hard to learn. To eat well, one of the most basic things is to avoid what we call the 4 Horsemen of the Foodocalypse.


The next few blog posts will cover these 4 horsemen in detail and explain why we need to avoid them for a better, more exciting, WOW-infused life. They are not hard to remember, but can be hard to spot, until you know what to look for. I will detail what to look for in the next few weeks.

But let’s not stop there. It is well known that removing a bad habit is next to impossible. Instead, it’s always best to replace that bad habit with a good habit. So after highlighting the 4 horsemen, later blog posts will show you the 4 Joys of Healthy eating to get you on the right track.
